Pros: Had my swann security system go out after a storm, must of been a power surge. Anyway called Swann and a actual person answered on the second ring. Told me to send it in and it would be repaired or replaced. Three days later got dvr8-3000 like brand new replacement at my door. I am impressed! They answer the phone, they stand behind their products, are prompt and treat customers great.
Cons: not easy to setup remote mobile view
Other Thoughts: This was my Second installation of a video surveillance system. Setting the recorder was easy and everything has worked fine so far. next step, Networking. Will see.
