In good lighting conditions the video quality from these glasses is almost perfect. I watched the video on a 42 inch TV and I can honestly say some scenes look as good as a $1000 video camera. Youtube videos cant show how good the video quality really is. Youtube videos are compressed .When you play the uncompressed video directly on a TV the quality is much better then what you see online.

Indoor recording quality is very good as long as you have normal lighting. It has a 135 degree FOV with almost no warping or fish eye.

You can set it to 170 degree FOV which has a noticeable fish eye affect. I prefer the 170 degree FOV because there is no view finder obviously , you don't have to worry about aiming because 170 degrees captures most of the room your in.

The voice recording is sub-par. If your talking to someone more the 4 feet away you wont be able to hear them well. It will record . your voice perfectly and someone close with a loud voice. If the person has a low voice you wont be able to hear them. The good news is even though the voice is low the quality is good. If you have good video editing software you can boost the weak voice and it will sound good.

The pivot head glasses is more stylish and it boast a good microphone but if you want the best video quality possible the eye view is the easy winner. The pivot head has only a 75 degree FOV .. 75 degree FOV is going to cause major problems. Your going to lose most of the scene because there is no view finder and a narrow scene tends to be boring compared to a wider scene. Its also impossible to keep your head perfectly still. The wider 170 degree POV absorbs the movement better making the video more fluid. At 75 degree POV the video is going to be jarring with too much rapid panning.

Pros. Excellent wide angle video quality. Better then most will expect.

Good indoor video quality and usable low light recording

Uses an SD micro card.

Very easy to use. One touch recording.

Cons. Voice recording more than 4 feet away is poor.( loud audio will come in fine,)
