Item delivered promptly as a Christmas gift, however, when opened a part was missing. The part missing is the stand swing arm! So, I'm disappointed about that. The quality of the mic is not bad but the headphones are somewhat cheese-y. I would have liked for all the parts to be in the box and a bit more explanation on setup and what to do if anything is missing.
