I ordered this camera as a christmas gift for my husband. The camera is a HS30EXR model complete with extra bundle accessories to sweeten the deal. However, the first one was defective and had to be returned back to the seller. This seller was friendly and easy to exchange the product with. I did not need to ask twice to as to when the replacement would go out. As promised they shipped it out withing 2 days of receiving the defective one. I would rate this seller 5 stars for customer service.
As the for the camera. Cannot wait to use it in St Croix to capture the views there. This is our first bridge camera and we are not experts but the zoom on this camera is great. We took some random shots around the house and my husband is really impressed. I highly recommend this product. Thanks Big Value !!!
