Tamron 70-300mm Di LD Macro Zoom Lens with Hood (= 140-600mm)
While this lens kit is not exactly what I anticipated, I have to say I love it. It works better with manual focus for the 180 mm 300 mm range which to me is not as difficult as you'd imagine. ( mf seems to be easier the tighter the angle) otherwise it takes good shots, but the focusing is a bit slow. The lens itself without the teleconverter works great, good quality images with reasonable focus speed. I would recommend using a tripod for better image results in the 180 300 mm range, but all in all it is well worth the price for someone who wants a 600 mm lens for a reasonable price.
