I recieved this today and right off the bat I was impressed with the packaging. Very sleek and impressive. I suck at building things by following instructions but theirs were surprisingly like building a Lego set. Once put together and combined with the follow focus kit and whip that I got from the same company I must tell you, this thing is impressive. It is small, compact, fully adjustable, comfortable, it has enough weight to it, and it looks fantastic. This and the follow focus integrate perfectly with one another.
One issue though. I did not receive the Free Swiss Rods or the 7" Stainless Friction Arm. I went online and chatted with Amazon customer service who gave me the option to either exchange at their expense with expedited shipping fees waved or to give me a nice discount that amounted to $50 off. I took the second option and will buy the friction arms myself. Great experience with customer service.
Edit: 08/01/2013 I just bought a second one of these and it came with the articulating Stainless Friction Arm and the Swiss Rods. No problems whatsoever. I love these rigs. They look sharp, coordinate with all of the other black, chrome and red Kamerar gear very well, and most importantly -THEY FUNCTION AS YOU WOULD EXPECT A VERY EXPENSIVE RIG TO FUNCTION.
