This is the first flash for my wife and she absolutely loves it! It instantly helped with photos and the flash is excellent. The battery life is decent and there are no complaints.
The only odd thing (and this could be that I just am not sure) is that the diffuser cap doesn't seem to do anything more than the built in diffuser that the flash comes with already. Perhaps there are other settings that can make sure of the cap, but other than that, I would definitely recommend this kit for anyone looking for their first flash kit.
