This is the best tripod I have ever used. I love using it when I'm shooting in low light conditions using long lenses with or without teleconverters or shooting Medium Formats or Large Formats.
The build quality is exceptional. It is very sturdy and provides the stability needed even on grass, gravel, and other loose terrain. It has retractable steel spikes which are conveniently stored inside the slip-resistant rubber foot. The detachable leg transforms into a monopod when you unscrew it from the chassis and attach the mounting plate.
Best bang for the buck! It also comes with Sirui's 6 year warranty. I would highly recommend it.
