The camera arrived sooner than expected; that is good.
While the camera takes still pictures, I use it 99% for videos. The sharpness and overall quality of the videos is excellent.
The menu system and controls on the camera are very logically organized.
While I am still learning how one uses the optional controls, I am confident that I will never be wanting a control that is not there.
The owners manual is very clearly written and organized. It is 5/8" thick and is 100% in English for us English speakers. The manual is available for free in a PDF file for persons who like electronic documents, as I do.
I have lost count of the number of Nikons, Canons, etc. that I have used over the years, but I am definitely favorably impressed with the Pentax K-5.
