I bought this "bundle" for my Canon EOS 6D. All the products came brand new as stated in their website. After 3 months of use one of the tripod parts broke down after regular use. I contacted the seller (Cameta Camera) and sent pictures of the damage. Their customer support contacted me in less than 24 hours and replaced FREE OF CHARGE the tripod.
This is for sure great customer service. Would buy again without hesitation! Thanks for making a customer happy!
