the product arrived as expected with a lil delay due to shipping service. this zoom lens is the best i had so far, the sharpness is incredible, 1/4 2.8 handheld and still sharp picture "stunning". i did a comparison with my 105mm lens at the same aperture and shutter speed and the 70-200 won by farrrrrrrr.

its a lil heavy to carry but you know it better than going to the gym :p but its it totally worth the money :)

I recommend it to everyone who want to improve his photography skills

I received this product several months ago. I was so impressed by size, smallest that I was imagine! I used this device 4-5 hours per day. Purchased this recorder for my work.

Now I am happy to report that this device works great. No problem at all.

Actually I can't believe how well something SO SMALL can record. It's absolutely unbelievable.

Just best words. Amazing quality recording. Super small. Weightless. Very long recording. Simple to operate. Very usefull. A lot of settings in software: Voice activation, timers, password protection. All what I need.

I am very impressed with this tiny recorder. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program First, a disclaimer: I'm an Optical Technician. I dispense glasses for a living, so I know good eyewear when I see it.

Now, the review: This is good eyewear. It's a quality pair of glasses with all the right enhancements to do exactly what they claim they can do. Specifically, this is a pair of glasses with a +.50 add correction on the lenses, so they do magnify just a tiny bit, but are still comfortable for someone with no prescription for corrective lenses. They have a high-quality gold tint that naturally blocks some of the harsh blues from the light spectrum. They seem to be a high-quality material (I'd guess they're a hi-index, but not a premium brand) and have an anti-reflective coating to cut down on glare from the computer screen (or they'd work equally well when driving).

The frame itself is of excellent quality. I wouldn't say it's a high-end frame, but it's certainly good material and a pleasing design. Nothing cheap here. It's a drill-dot frame, and as such could be prone to loosening or breaking if the end user doesn't know how to properly care for them, though. The included instructions don't tell the user HOW to clean them; Only WHAT to clean them with (the included microfiber cloth).

In case you're wondering what I mean, here's my free advice for owners of these glasses (or any rimless drill-dot frames) When cleaning your lenses, hold the lens between your cloth-covered thumb and index finger ONLY, and then gently rub the lens you're holding between those fingers. Do NOT hold onto the frame in another spot with your other hand (not the bridge, Not the temples, etc.) with these sorts of frames, because the drill dots are not made to take continual stress.

So anyway, all told, this is a quality pair of glasses. My only complaint, being that they are not prescription glasses, nor are they polarized (and no, I'm not saying polarized would be desirable. I only mention it for price comparison purposes), is that the price is slightly higher than I'd expect to see from an affordable optometrist or prescription eyewear store. It's not outrageously high, but it is marked up just a bit considering that these are marketed as plano lenses (essentially, competing in the sunglasses market).

You can wear these while driving and you'll see an improvement in clarity. They do help a great deal when sitting in front of a computer all day. The slight magnification will even make it easier on your eyes to focus on small fonts all day, so they function more as a pair of high-quality tinted reading glasses, in that respect.

Tinted, off-the-shelf reading glasses range in price, depending on quality. I'd put these in the "best quality" mark, and then you'd add a double-digit fee for their basic AR coating. So the highest I'd expect to pay for these would still be about thirty dollars less than the list price, at best.

I will add, however, that these do come packaged in an excellent box, with a nice case/cloth. They're very stylish and seem quite high-end. I'd be surprised to find anything this nice in a retail store. My opinion is that you're paying extra for the style, the packaging, and the excellent marketing terms (those fancy names for their lens technologies? They're just cool-named brands of AR coating, tinting, add power, and lens material that you can find elsewhere).

So are they worth it? Well, if you want a nice pair of +.50 reading glasses, they're very worth it. If you want a good pair of glasses for driving (and your RX calls for +.50), these are just about perfect due to the materials and tinting involved. If you want something to make computer use less stressful for your eyes, they're also up to the task and will do it with more style than you probably deserve.

They're worth it, but you ARE paying a little extra for style. You'd probably be hard-pressed to find as nice a pair of glasses with such good marketing at your local optical store for under one hundred. And after all, when it comes to glasses we are paying for style as well as function, aren't we?

I purchased the new Leica D-Lux 6 as a replacement for my Canon S-90, which I've owned for three years. The Canon S-90 is a fantastic camera, and according to many of the reviews I've read, superior to the models that succeeded it: the S-100 and S-110. For this reason, I decided to look at other cameras rather than simply buying the latest version of the same model. While the Leica D-LUX 5 caught my attention (I had just bought a Lumix DMC-LX5 for one of my sons, who loves it), I decided not to buy it as I assumed that a new model would eventually be forthcoming. I also considered the Sony RX 100, however, I had concerns about the color palette being on the cool side based on some user feedback that I'd read. Instead, I bought a mid-size Canon model, the GX1 as this offered easier access to manual functions, a real deficiency in the S-90; however, I returned it after finding significant issues with photo clarity at longer ranges. When I saw that Leica was in fact coming out with a model to replace the D-LUX 5, I went for it.

While I haven't worked with the D-LUX 6 all that long, my initial impressions are quite positive. Keeping in mind that my basis for comparison is the Canon S-90, I find that the operational dials are intelligently placed and easy to use and the menu is also very easy to use. The camera has a nice weight and hand feel to it maybe a little too big to put in your pocket, but it fits nicely into a small belt pouch (the leather Leica case may look great but it's not the most functional around and is very expensive). The camera operated smoothly: the recovery time between exposures is brief, it is responsive in low light situations, the focus and zoom operations are nearly flawless, and the automatic program seems to be very reliable. Thus far, I'm extremely pleased with the photos I've taken. The clarity is excellent I'm especially impressed with the results with the zoom at mid-range and all the way out, where the S-90 can start to get a little bit muddy. The color palette is warm and natural; no concerns here at all.

While technical experts will have more substantive comments to make, and their guidance will be much more valuable to those who use their cameras in ways that reach way beyond what I do, I nevertheless can tell prospective buyers that this is a fine camera that takes very, very good pictures. In the meantime, for those who are looking for more technical information, I recommend a review posted on the red dot forum, which called the D-Lux 6 "a solid improvement over the D-Lux 5." The reviewer summarized by saying that "the D-Lux 5 was no slouch, but the improvements Leica has introduced make the upgrade an easy decision. Faster auto focus and operation, a gorgeous LCD screen, improved low light performance, better build quality, and full 1080p HD video are all I could have asked for and more. Sign me up!"

First, for the money... This receiver is going to be exceptionally hard to beat.

Installation: The installation was very straight forward, as long as you have the appropriate Metra/Scosche mounting kit and wiring harness specific to your vehicle year/make/model. I did notice that the wiring harness for the receiver was very chincy and the wire gauge was smaller than what I have seen in other car audio receivers. I actually broke the plug on the harness when trying to disconnect the harness from the receiver. It didn't affect the receiver itself, but I was unable to unplug the harness, so I worked around it. Not a huge deal and not something I would dock a star for.

Sound: The sound quality of this unit is great. I love the graphic EQ for tuning. Much easier than previous units where I would have to +1 or -1 on things like Bass/Mid/Trebble. It's a lot easier to adjust the frequencies visually, from one screen. The sound field adjuster made it easy to find the vehicle's sweet spot as well. Overall, the sound is better than an older Alpine I had previously.

Video: I recommend getting the MicroBypass parking-brake bypass for use with video. After paying the $20 for the bypass and following the straight forward instructions, I inserted a DVD. The sound was good, the video was decent. I didn't buy the unit for its video capabilities... I bought it for its connectivity to my iPhone..... This is where it starts getting docked.

Iphone Functionality: I have an iPhone 5 with iOS6.1. This stereo is new for 2013, but doesn't cater very well to the newest Apple technology. The Lightning adapter was an afterthought. You cannot simply connect your USB/Lightning cable to this unit. It will not work. You have to purchase the Lightning/30pin adapter. STUPID. See here for the compatibility chart:

Even after purchasing the lightning adapter, you still cannot make use of the AppRadio functionality, unless you buy the $120 Pioneer CD-IV202AV adapter and the $50 Apple Lightning to VGA Adapter. That's another $170 to use the AppRadio functionality that allows you to interface with your iPhone with the receiver.

*IF* you have an iPhone 4, you can simply plug your phone into the USB cable and you're good to go!

WTF? How can a receiver that has come out in 2013, not support the iPhone5 functionality that the iPhone 4 does right out of the box? I understand perhaps, having to buy the lightning/30pin adapter, but to have to pay $170 for the Pioneer/Apple VGA adapters is ridiculous. If this is important to you (which many will be) you're $400+ at that point and I'd be willing to bet there were better options at that price-point.

I've had this TV for a couple of days and it exceeded all my expectations. I have been in the market for a new TV since November of 2009. I have done a ton of research and I believe that for the money this is one of the best TVs in the market. I looked at the Samsung LEDs and while they are good TVs, I find the glossy screens are distracting with all the reflections it creates. This can definitely be troublesome if your house has big windows next to the TV like mine does.

At the end, the Sony KDL-46EX700 was the perfect TV. Some of the great features include: ambient light sensor (the backlight changes depending on the amount of light source in the room), internet capabilities (Sony has a ton of widgets), exceeds energy star ratings, presence sensor (turns TV off when it does not sense a person in the room), motion flow control and finally a attractive modern clean design.

As for picture quality the TV shines on all level. I have U-Verse cable and the picture looks great in HD and SD. The picture quality on DVD is great, as well as, the Netflix streaming. Blu ray quality is out of this world.

As for sound quality, I am uncertain as my TV is connected to a home theater system. I really have nothing bad to say about this TV. The only knock that I have on this TV if any, is that the remote looks cheap. It does work, however, so I really can't complain. Plus I plan on replacing it with a universal remote.

In the end, If you are in the market for a new LED TV I highly recommend this TV.

Many of these TVs don't have a Samsung panel (the screen/the part that has/makes the image!)! I cannot believe this has not been mentioned. It makes a SUBSTANTIAL difference, because some panels they use should be in TV's that cost $100 less. Can you imagine buying a car because you know its manufacturer uses great, reliable engines, only to find out that they use completely different engines without telling you, all of which are of lower quality? Samsung does this with their TVs, and some of them don't EVER have Samsung panels (e.g., the 37" model will NEVER have a Samsung panel because they don't make 37" panels). Samsung uses 4 different panel types from four different manufacturers each with a substantially different technology.

You can tell which panel YOUR TV has by the "Version" on the sticker outside of the box. There's also a sticker on the back of the TV; the "Version" code is below the Model number and above the S/N. BTW, reviews can't be interpreted without the four-digit Version code because they are quite simply different TV's. Here's how to interpret them:

("x" means a number, probably from 1-4, that represents the version of that panel higher means newer but not always better).

TH0x or TS0x: Samsung S-PVA panel (possibly just a PVA, if you're less lucky): This is what you thought you were buying. Best color, best black, best viewing angles.

HS0x: Sharp ASV panel: Lower contrast ratio, more narrow viewing angle. I read HS02 in particular has terrible ghosting.

A_0X: AOU A-MVA panel: Even lower contrast ratio.

CH0x or CM0x or CS0x: Chimea S-MVA panel: You lost the lottery. Markedly worse in every way way worse viewing angle, color reproduction, etc. Just a terrible rip-off.

Mine, from Amazon, is an HS03, so a Sharp panel. I will be testing it tomorrow (DVD and watching football no Blu-ray). There is a decent chance I return it, because it is not a Samsung. Also? Sony and Panasonic do much less "panel lottery" and are vowing to stop entirely. LG does not do a panel lottery. Samsung has absolutely no plans to stop, and they only use "standards" that won't reveal a difference between the different panels.

I will update after doing more testing. I just simply could not believe that this was not mentioned. Nothing like finding out you paid $500 (40" model) for a $400 TV when that extra $100 could have been used for sound, Blu-Ray, etc.

**Other reviewers, please, update your reviews to give your version code!**

The HP H470wbt is HP's answer to the "on the go" printer. If you haven't read the spec you will see this particular incarnation comes with a battery for on the road use. The battery is charged while on the printer much like a laptop.

The overall quality of print is passable but not top of the line nor a good choice if you want nice photo-quality prints.

However, if you need to print normal text or perhaps a page from the internet, it does fine. The pages come out at a fair pace (better than one would expect from a small printer) and the quality is acceptable.

The footprint is relatively small and if you plan to carry around with you, expect to use something like a backpack or camera style backpack for your laptop and the printer.

The blue tooth that comes with it works well enough. Just remember to install the blue tooth drivers then deal with Windows itself (in that order).

The one real caveat relates to small printer small ink cartridges. One has to realize to keep this unit small and consume little power, the cartridges are on the small side. Fortunately, they are easily found at various merchants and not an odd special cartridge(s). There is the option to get slightly larger ones but again, the larger ones are also fairly small in output.

Last on the not so good list HP insists on some of their inkjets to use flimsy mechanisms for housing the ink cartridges. In this case they have some "wires" bent to work with the install assembly of the cartridges. This is asking for trouble sooner or later.

I have not ran enough paper through to experience any paper feed problems and thus, cannot comment on this. This is an important part and as those who have had laser printers and inkjets know this can be a problem that occurs over time.

Overall the unit is passable and in some respect very nice. I give it three stars rather than four because of the ink install assembly. The blue tooth, compactness, reasonable output are all to be appreciated.

Ok, I have a type "A" personailty and I reserched the heck out of several monitors. I have been shopping around for the "perfect" monitor for months buying and returning until I have found what I want. (My son is 6 months old) I have tried several brands/types of video monitors such as Sony, Summer Infant monitors, and a Costco brand that can be used via the internet and Iphone/Ipad2. This Motorola monitor is the BEST that I have found. Money was not an issue for me as I wanted a video/audio monitor that just worked well. I do recommend spending a little more and buying the 3.5 inch monitor.

Ok, what to say that has not been covered in other positive posts.....The resolution at night is awesome as I can see my baby breathing. (VERY important) I can see everything in great detail. The camera views best when mounted on the wall close to the crib-this way it can scan straight down and straight up viewing the entire crib and room. I originally placed it on a "wall shelf" but when I scanned down I could see a bit of the shelf instead of the entire crib. Also important when you have a child that rolls all over the crib as they sleep! You need to see every inch of the crib. (On the back of the camera is a tiny hole to hang on a nail or screw.) I hung mine on my wall just above a shelf and to blend it in I placed stuffed animals on either side-very nice looking and discreet. I painted the white cord to match the wall to blend it in. When scanning from the monitor it makes absolutely no noise and doesn't wake the baby. The sound is great!

I am a light sleeper and wake at his every roll and whimper at night. I used to get NO sleep. With this monitor I can put the volume up loud to hear every little move or put the volume down low to only wake when he cries loudly. The monitor has a light indicator on top to inform you of the "loudness" of the baby's cry. Also, I live in a two story home with wireless everything (my house is Grand Central with all the wireless technology.) and this monitor does great with cell phone, wireless router, and computer reception. There is no interference at all. The battery on the monitor, when fully charged, lasts 8 to 10 hours but I recommend it plugged in to the power cord at night. There is no delay. What you see is what is happening, allowing you to get to your baby fast!

The only thing I would add is a clip to the monitor to be able to strap it to you and the time. Sometimes I like to know what time it is for feeding purposes. Awsome monitor and well worth the money as now I finally get some sleep and peace of mind at night!!!

Update****02/16/13

I have now owned this monitor for year or so, and have recently encountered more problems.

The night vision on one of the cameras has. I can barely see my son anymore, and if he didn't have dark hair, I am not sure I would even know where he was in the crib.

The battery life of the parent unit is also dying. It used to hold a charge for about 5 hours, and now the charge lasts maybe 1 hour.

Customer Ratings: 4.5 stars

I chose this camera because of the price point. $150 for a bridge camera with 30x optical zoom is fabulous and I like white. It should be noted that purchasing the white one forfeits any warranty on the camera as this color is an import model with no U.S. warranty. No matter. The camera has a nice balance in your hand, is easy to operate and has a built-in pop up flash. The zoom is very responsive and quick. The auto-focus however is average. While shooting an object in bright daylght the system had a hard time with near and far focus. It couldn't decide weather I was shooting the subject or the tree way in the background on a few occasions. The pictures are crisp and clear so you won't be dissapointed there. Purchase a good sized SDHD card and 4 rechargable AA batteries as this unit is power hungry. It comes with a lens cap that I recommend NOT attaching to the wrist strap as it gets to be a tangled mess since the lens cap teather is a bit short. I was surprised to find a sharp eyepiece much like a 35mm camera to aim with. You can use this or the bright sharp and colorful rear display. For the $150 price point it does what it should and then some. 7.9 out of 10 stars. Scotty Gumballs

I've tried all of the other Samyang/Rokinon Cine lenses available and own the 24mm as well (which is not nearly as sharp as this one). This 85mm is the sharpest of the set, and even wide open it is not bad at all. The build quality is the weakest attribute and is probably a 7/10 and doesn't really compare with other cine lenses (that are also much much more expensive), but the colors and details that the lens captures are on par with lenses in the $4,000 range. Contrast ratio is also comparable when intercut with more expensive lenses, but I haven't done any proper tests. This is really the only Samyang/Rokinon lens in the set that is a no brainer buy for video work (based on the performance to value ratio), but I would not recommend this to a buyer who often lets others handle his/her gear. I don't think this lens will last long with any level of abuse. I would absolutely recommend it to others, but I wouldn't expect to get a lifetime of work out of it like the other cine alternatives.

My configuration and why I purchased this:

All of the televisions in our house have a single HDMI connection over 2x ethernet to an HDMI matrix switch in our basement, which is where all of our A/V components live. The matrix switch is controlled via an iPhone app, so we can easily change sources in each room. This setup works great, didn't break the bank, and is easy to use. We've since added a television in our master bedroom and unfortunately don't have 2x ethernet there. Running ethernet to our bedroom would require a lot of drywall repair which I wasn't excited about. When I saw the IOGear product at Best Buy Magnolia tonight, I purchased it. I expected it to fail, as most wireless products never live up to expectations. I can honestly say I'm not disappointed with it.

Installation experience:

First, I attempted to install the IOGear transmitter in our basement, directly connected to the HDMI matrix switch. (Read the instructions) After connecting the device and getting the transmitter and receiver to connect with one another, some of the components including the TiVo Premiere at 1080i worked flawlessly over this very long wireless connection (40ft through two floors). Other components including our Apple TV at 720p didn't work at all, frequently loosing signal. I can't really explain why these components behaved differently. It's odd that the components negotiating at higher resolutions performed better. That seems counter-intuitive.

Modification to original setup:

Due to the issues I experience above, I moved the IOGear transmitter to our family room which is on the first floor of our house and is closer to the master bedroom. All components stream flawlessly now, at near-hard wired quality.

Final thoughts:

I'm impressed with the IOGear unit. Wireless technology is so often disappointing. I can honestly say this product lives up to its claims. I will say, however, that the 100ft distance it has is presumably within line of sight. In my installation, I'm getting about 20 feet through a floor, walls, carpet, wood, etc.

I bought this package about a month and used it in various settings and environments. I do not need to leave feedback about the D7000. For that look up CNET or any other tech site. For the package and seller though here is the feedback

Package

The package contains all items as described in the description above. The items are of three manufacturers: nikon (d7000, + 2 nikkor lens), vivitar (bag, tripod and some accessories) and zeikos (wide angle lens, filters etc)

All the parts fit well into the bag. Except the big tripod. The tripod is a little disappointing since its about 4 feet. I'd like it to be at least 6 feet. ALso the small tripod cant bear the weight of the 200mm lens with the camera. But that's a small concern considering the rest of the package rocks.

2 SD cards of 16GB each. Both are high speed and I used them in overflow mode.

Really happy with the lens package. The filters fit well.

Got some real good pictures with closeup and landscapes.

Definitely the package is cheaper than the individual costs of the parts. Sum of the parts is definitely higher than the single items.

Seller Feedback

Package was sent via UPS ground. I got the package in a couple of days after shipping. Time was as estimated. UPS couldnt deliver it home for a few times since seller needed signature for dropoff. So I had to wait for a few days before I had freetime to pick it up at UPS office. Seller (Davis MAX) was very good at replying bacl to my queries.

I couldnt figure out if the wide angle lens needed a adapter ring. Some of my other cameras needed adapter rings and they responded within a business day with the answer. Here it is verbatim

The wide angle lens made by zeikos is made to be used with the Nikon 18-55 VR Lens that you received. It's a 52mm mount and does not need a step up ring adapter it goes directly on to the lens.

Please let us know if we can assist you with anything else We're here for you,

Overall I am very happy with the camera and package. and I would recommend this package to buyers.

An early review after using this camera for a couple of hours. This jacket-pocketable camera makes good images, gives you control over crafting your photos, and is ergonomically comfortable to use. Despite the fact that I generally stay away from gimicky scene modes, I was surprised to find a couple of them appealing, including the different options for for panoramas and the color-selective filters. So far, so good.

Let's get my biases out. I have Nikon gear (a couple of SLRs) and I would prefer to have my camera work well with existing remotes, flashes, and my old P7000 batteries. I also like that the camera menus are familiar for a Nikon user and I have a good sense how the Active-D lighting, TTL flash exposure, and general focusing modes work. For me, quick comprehension and intuitive use of these controls greatly increases the cameras performance. I also prefer diopter-adjustable viewfinders due to superior performance in bright light and the fact that with bifocals, focusing on the camera screen can literally be a pain in the neck.

I am very pleased with the electronic viewfinder as it shows in the viewfinder the setting changes as you go, just like on the back screen. I found myself rapidly adjusting settings without looking, being confident that I was getting it right. The colors in the viewfinder aren't perfect, but it provides more than enough resolution to thoughtfully compose images. I found the manual focus very easy to use compared to other compact-ish cameras I've tried, especially since it can all be done through the viewfinder.

I like that the P7800 has a real lens cap, real camera heft, and real controls. Image quality is good in typical indoor lighting scenes without a flash and great outside in good light. My guess is that there those pixel peepers who will take issue with some of the performance in marginal light conditions, and if that is what you care about, you can study the reference photos of toy soldiers, books, coins, feathers, and color charts at other sites.

I'm still learning the benefits of the articulating screen, but one that I see immediately is that it can be stowed away when not in use, protecting it from sometimes rough treatment and the smudges from my nose when using the viewfinder.

It's not the snappiest camera recording images, but once on, its responsive to the shutter release (the area of performance I value). It just takes a while to write. It is faster than my P7000 (though heftier), but nowhere near as fast as my D90. It allows me to get the shots I need when I need them, except for the most demanding conditions (really low light where you need high ISO's, rapidfire sports shooting, serious macro shooting--although the macro focus functions work pretty well).

I got this camera to have at all times in my work bag as a daily-use camera so that I won't miss images when traveling for work, commuting, or running errands without the bulk of my SLR. With its viewfinder, good image quality, jacket-pocketable size, ease and familiarity in its use, it is the camera I need.

Would I like to have the larger sensor and better ISO performance in it? yes. Would I like it to be smaller? yes. Would I like it to be cheaper? Sure (I could have gotten the P7700 if I didn't prefer viewfinders). But in the overall compromise of wants for a relatively compact camera, the P7800 is what I need.

Update:

After having the camera a few weeks, I'm very happy with it. I was getting frustrated if you have it on one of the "continuous" modes or "Best Shot Selection" and raw photos, as it will take ~10 seconds to digest the photos, but single shots with raw are recorded pretty quickly. The viewfinder and the camera heft and overall design and handling makes for working well in marginal conditions, macro shooting, or generally for just carrying around. I find I'm using the button that replaced the dial on top of the P7000 for adjustments more than I used the dial, especially doing it through the viewfinder. Battery life is good when I primarily shoot with the viewfinder, not having to change the battery over the course of a long weekend and 200 shots even with the flash. Like other Nikons, the TTL flash exposure works great, and I used it to drive a SB-600 and -700 flash for a few photos of a family dinner, which came out super. Low light performance is better than I hoped, with ISO 800 working pretty well. Some examples are at my Google+ site, pretty much straight from the camera. https://plus.google.com/photos/111101223391433520330/albums/5944372096627226369?authkey=CIu-iZmb1-nuswE . I found the viewfinder nice at the concert, as it is less obtrusive to snap a shot without having to have a screen lit up.

I'm very happy to get the performance I get from a jacket pocketable camera.
