First, this package came from Japan and came in 3 days...super fast! This TV comes with everything you need. Its well built and looks good when an image is displayed on screen. I use this monitor only for a DSLR camera, so with that being said My only complaint is the ratio on the screen is smaller than what I like. It does not fill the screen which kind of sucks but it still does the job. I have yet to see if the battery runs for 10 hours or any other kind of problem that doesn't happen when you first receive a product (I got it today). SO far so good.
Also I did contact customer service to have an idea when I might get the package because the estimated time was like 3 weeks away and I was contacted back immediately and helped. Great customer service!
